When Publer is the better pick
- You have one to three accounts and a free plan is enough.
- You post to Google Business, Telegram or WordPress.
- You schedule hundreds of posts at once from a CSV file.
When Postmaxx fits better
- You want the API or an AI agent without moving to a higher plan.
- You run more than a few accounts, and a plan price is simpler than a price per account and per person.
- You post video from files: drop them in and get a draft for each.
Moving from Publer
- Start the 7-day free trial and connect your accounts. Each one signs in through the platform itself.
- Set your posting times in Settings, so each new post takes the next free one.
- Move the posts that are still scheduled in Publer. Postmaxx doesn’t import them, so add them by hand or ask your agent to recreate them.
