Is there a free plan?
No, but you get a 7-day free trial on your first plan, once per person. You add a card to start, and you aren’t charged if you cancel before it ends.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel any time from Billing and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you ask within 7 days of your first paid charge, we refund that charge.
What counts as an account?
Each connected profile, page or channel, so two Bluesky accounts count as two. Test channels don’t count. Posts are unlimited on every plan. X posts are capped at 100, 300 or 1,000 a month by plan, because X charges for each one. A post with a link uses 10.
What can I post?
Text, pictures (JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF) and videos (MP4 or MOV), within each platform’s limits, with alt text for pictures. Multi-post threads and first comments aren’t in Postmaxx yet.
Can my team use it?
Yes, on Creator for up to 3 people and on Pro for up to 10. Starter is for one person. Owners and admins connect accounts and manage API keys. Members write and schedule posts.
Who is Postmaxx not for?
Teams that need client approval, an inbox for comments and messages, or deep analytics like follower demographics. Postmaxx doesn’t do those yet.
