Who we are

Postmaxx is operated by Eniva LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Eniva”, “we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Eniva for your use of Postmaxx at postmaxx.io and through its API, MCP server and command-line tool (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. If you use the Service for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you may agree to these terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organisation.

You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe, for everything that happens in it, and for the people you invite to your workspace and the keys it creates. Tell us at postmaxx@support.eniva.io as soon as you think someone else has used your account.

The service

Postmaxx lets you schedule, publish and follow posts on the social platforms you connect, on your own, with a team, or through the AI agents and tools you authorise. Features, supported platforms and limits depend on your plan.

We may add, change or remove features and integrations, including when a platform changes or ends its API access. Where a change materially reduces what paying customers get, we tell them in advance when we reasonably can.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, at the prices on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes unless stated. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.

Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.

If you ask within 7 days of your first paid charge, we refund that charge. Other fees are not refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law requires a refund.

We may change prices for future periods. We tell workspace owners at least 30 days before a higher price applies to them.

Trials and beta features

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, once per person. A card is required to start it; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan starts and your card is charged.

Postmaxx is in closed beta: access is by invitation, and features may be incomplete, change or be withdrawn. Beta and preview features are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind.

Your content

You keep all rights in the text, images, videos and other material you add to the Service (“your content”). You give Eniva a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, adapt, transmit and display your content only to provide and secure the Service, including publishing it where and when you or your workspace choose.

The licence ends when you delete your content. It does not cover copies already published to a platform, which that platform’s terms govern.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish your content, and that publishing it through the Service does not break the law, anyone else’s rights or the rules of the platforms it goes to.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service, or let anyone else use it, to:

• publish or store content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing or hateful, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
• send spam, impersonate others, fake engagement, or break the rules of any platform you publish to;
• get around the limits or access controls of the Service or of any platform;
• scrape, copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
• upload malware, try to reach what isn’t yours, or disrupt the Service.

The acceptable use rules say more. We may remove content, or suspend accounts, that break them.

Third-party platforms

To publish, you connect your accounts on third-party platforms and allow Postmaxx to act for you. Each platform’s own terms and policies apply to what you publish there. When you connect a YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Postmaxx uses YouTube API Services.

You can disconnect an account at any time, in Postmaxx or in the platform’s own settings; posts scheduled to it then stop. We are not responsible for a platform’s availability, decisions or changes, including rejected or removed posts, suspended accounts and changes to its API.

Postmaxx is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of those platforms, or by the makers of the AI agents this site names: Anthropic (Claude Code) and Anysphere (Cursor).

AI agents and API access

You can let AI agents and other software work in your workspace with API keys, the MCP server or the command-line tool. They act with the access you give them, and what they do counts as done by your workspace. Check what an agent prepares before it is published, and revoke a key when you no longer need it.

Our intellectual property

The Service and its software, design, text, logos and trademarks, other than your content, belong to Eniva or its licensors. While you follow these terms, you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Service, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. It is part of these terms.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account or workspace at any time, as the data deletion page explains.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if a payment fails and is not fixed, if your use puts the Service, a platform or other people at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

When access ends, your data is deleted as the privacy policy describes. The parts of these terms that by their nature should continue, such as fees owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, still apply.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Eniva gives no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, that a post will go out at an exact time or be accepted by a platform, or that the numbers platforms report are accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Eniva is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if we were told they were possible.

Eniva’s total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or US$100.

Some places don’t allow some of these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Eniva against claims by third parties, and their reasonable costs, that arise from your content, from your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or from your breaking the law, someone else’s rights or a platform’s rules.

Emails

We send the emails the Service needs, such as sign-in codes, invitations, receipts and notices about your posts and accounts. If we send you product news, you can unsubscribe from it at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. For a change that matters, we email workspace owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either of us may ask any competent court for urgent relief. Consumer protections of the place where you live that cannot be waived still apply to you.

General

These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and Eniva about the Service. If a part of them can’t be enforced, the rest still applies, and not enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer these terms without our written consent; we may transfer them to an affiliate or to whoever takes over our business.
