Acceptable use

These rules apply to everything you do with Postmaxx, in the app and through the API, the MCP server and the command-line tool. They are part of the terms of service.

Don’t use Postmaxx to

• send spam: unwanted bulk posts, repeated or misleading posts, or fake engagement;
• impersonate a person, brand or organisation, or mislead people about who is posting;
• publish anything that breaks the law or a platform’s rules, including harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, material that infringes someone’s copyright or trademark, and malware or phishing links;
• automate in ways meant to get around a platform’s limits, such as spreading one post over many accounts to avoid duplicate detection, or switching accounts to get around a ban;
• scrape Postmaxx, or scrape platforms through it, or resell Postmaxx or access to it without our written agreement;
• attack or overload the service, test it for weaknesses outside the rules on the security page, or use someone else’s keys or sign-in.

When the rules are broken

We may remove content from Postmaxx, pause posting, revoke API keys or suspend the workspace. Where we reasonably can, we tell the workspace owner why and how to fix it.
