Which platforms can I post to?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and Mastodon. Connect as many accounts on each as your plan allows, and post to all of them at once. The Test channel posts nowhere, so you can try every step once your trial starts.
Which AI agents can I connect?
Claude Code, Codex (ChatGPT’s agent), Cursor, Hermes Agent, Grok Build and Gemini CLI, or any MCP client that can send an API key. Anything that can call a web API works too. The ChatGPT and Claude chat apps don’t work yet, because they connect through a sign-in that Postmaxx doesn’t offer.
Can I check posts before they go out?
Yes. Ask your agent for drafts, and nothing goes out until you or your agent schedules them. Until its time, you can change any post in the calendar, move it or delete it.
What happens if a post fails?
Every account is posted separately, so a failure on one doesn’t hold back the rest. The failed one shows the reason in plain words, with a button to fix it. Postmaxx retries on its own when a platform is only busy, and never posts twice.
Can I post for several brands?
Yes. Each brand, client or channel is a project in Postmaxx, with its own accounts. Pick all of a project’s accounts in one click and see Analytics for each. Starter holds 3 projects. Creator and Pro have no limit.
Can my team use it?
Yes, on Creator for up to 3 people and on Pro for up to 10. Starter is for one person. Owners and admins connect accounts and manage API keys. Members write and schedule posts.
Is there a free plan?
No, but you get a 7-day free trial on your first plan, once per person. You add a card to start, and you aren’t charged if you cancel before it ends.
