A Later alternative that also posts to X, Bluesky and Mastodon
Later is built for planning Instagram and TikTok visually. It doesn’t post to X, Bluesky or Mastodon, and it has no public API. Postmaxx posts to all three as well as Later’s main platforms, and your AI agent can use it.

When Later is the better pick
- You plan an Instagram or TikTok feed visually before you post.
- You post to Snapchat. Postmaxx doesn’t.
When Postmaxx fits better
- You post to X, Bluesky or Mastodon too.
- You post more than 30 times a month on an account. Every Postmaxx plan has unlimited posts.
- You want your AI agent, or your own code, to schedule posts.
Moving from Later
- Start the 7-day free trial and connect your accounts. Each one signs in through the platform itself.
- Set your posting times in Settings, so each new post takes the next free one.
- Move the posts that are still scheduled in Later. Postmaxx doesn’t import them, so add them by hand or ask your agent to recreate them.
