Hootsuite is a suite for large teams, priced per person from $99 a month billed yearly. If you mostly need to schedule posts, yourself or with an AI agent, Postmaxx does that for $29, $39 or $49 a month for the whole team.

When Hootsuite is the better pick
- You answer comments and messages from one inbox, or follow what people say about your brand.
- You post to Google Business Profile.
When Postmaxx fits better
- You schedule posts and check their results, and nothing more. A team of 3 costs $39 a month on Creator.
- Your agent should finish the job: draft, schedule and check each account’s result, not only leave drafts.
- You post to TikTok, YouTube or Bluesky from your own code.
Moving from Hootsuite
- Start the 7-day free trial and connect your accounts. Each one signs in through the platform itself.
- Set your posting times in Settings, so each new post takes the next free one.
- Move the posts that are still scheduled in Hootsuite. Postmaxx doesn’t import them, so add them by hand or ask your agent to recreate them.
