When Postiz is the better pick
- You want to host it on your own server.
- You post to Reddit, Telegram, Discord or another platform beyond Postmaxx’s ten.
- You work from ChatGPT or the Claude app. They connect with a sign-in, which Postmaxx doesn’t offer yet.
- Your team is larger than ten people.
When Postmaxx fits better
- You run many accounts: $49 a month holds 50 on Postmaxx and 30 on Postiz.
- Your agent works in a terminal or an editor, like Claude Code or Cursor. One key and one command set it up.
Moving from Postiz
- Start the 7-day free trial and connect your accounts. Each one signs in through the platform itself.
- Set your posting times in Settings, so each new post takes the next free one.
- Move the posts that are still scheduled in Postiz. Postmaxx doesn’t import them, so add them by hand or ask your agent to recreate them.
